The Building Industry Association of Stark County is a non-profit trade association affiliated with the Ohio Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. Chartered in 1945, the BIA represents and promotes the interests and concerns of the building industry and the community by:

• Being a pro-active participant in the legislative and regulatory process.
• Providing education and information to the membership and the community.
• Maintaining a positive image of the industry.
• Fostering the professional and ethical standards of our members.
• And promoting the products and services of its' members in order to help them be more successful.

The BIA's goal is to be recognized as a leading advocate in the improvement of the quality of life in our community.
